Guidelines for Abstract Submission 

• Abstracts for poster presentations must not exceed 250 words (excluding the title, author(s) name(s), and address).
• Title should be in Sentence case and bold (Limited to 25 words).
• Author and Co-author details: Name followed by surname
• The presenting author’s name should be bold and underlined.

Note – Conference registration of the presenting author is required for abstract submission. Abstracts from unregistered authors will not be considered.

• Authors from different institutions should be identified by superscript numbers at the end of that author’s name. No title [Mr., Ms., Prof., Dr., etc.] or qualification [Ph.D, MD, M.Sc., etc.] should be added.
• Affiliation Details: Department, Institution, City, State, Country.
• Email ID and Mobile number of the presenting author should be provided for correspondence.
• Abstract should be structured under the following subheadings – Background, Methodology, Results, Conclusion
• Font style – Calibri, Font size -12, Line spacing – 1.0
• Submit the abstract as Word File and NOT a PDF.
• No graphs/images/tables should be included in the abstract.
• Avoid the use of abbreviations in the title and abstract.
• Save the abstract document as: HHPE25 – Your Name & Surname (e.g., HHPE25 – Bharat Sen)
• Deadline for abstract submission: 5th January 2025 and selected abstracts will be intimated by 15^th January 2025

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

• E-Posters will be projected onto a Television Screen.

• E-Poster presenters have to prepare their poster as a PowerPoint Presentation.

• The Slides should be in 16:9 (wide) aspect ratio.

• All the presentation material should be included within one slide.

• There should be NO VIDEOS OR ANIMATIONS.

• Arial font should be used throughout the poster with such clarity that it could be read from 1.5 meters distance. The title and subheadings should be written in bold. Italics should be avoided as it would be harder to read from a distance.
